We have thirteen guided walks planned for 2016.Three of the new walks from 2015 are being repeated: the photography walk with photographer Dave Foster, the history of the woods walk led by the historian and wood warden Thomas Curtis and the mammals walk led by wood warden Ian Flack. So, if you missed these popular walks be sure to put the dates in your 2016 diary.

This year's programme has two new walks: Bugs and Other Little Woodland Creatures led by Joe Gray, the Herts Bugs Recorder, and for something different we are combining Flowers and Butterflies of the Meadow led by Environmentalist and wood warden Neale Holmes-Smith with a picnic.

The remainder of the programme includes some old favourites. We are especially pleased to reintroduce an early morning Spring bird walk with Ken Smith, Herts Bird Recorder and wood warden - note the 7.00 am start!

Hopefully, you'll be able to find something to please you in the 2016 programme. We look forward to seeing you!
